Leveraging our founding team's deep expertise in optical engineering, we have achieved fully in-house design, simulation, and manufacturing of laser
cladding heads. The system supports three spot configurations: circular, square, and rectangular. Circular Spot (Diameter:Ø2–6.5 mm)
Square Spot (Side Length: 2–6.5 mm)
Rectangular Spot 
Short-side width: 2 mm 
Long-side length: 4–120 mm 
Among these options, the rectangular beam can achieve a maximum spot length of 120 mm, offering a highly competitive wide-beam processing capability
for industrial laser cladding applications.
In terms of optical configuration, in addition to fixed-focus systems, we offer a zoomable optics module as an optional solution. Taking the rectangular
spot as an example, the zoomable system allows continuous adjustment of the spot length direction (e.g., 15–35 mm) while maintaining a fixed
spot width — all without stopping the machine to change optical components. This "multi-mode + zoomable" design enables the equipment to flexibly
address a wide range of applications, from high-efficiency large-area cladding to precision repair, truly achieving "one machine, multiple uses."
