
This Inner Surface Laser Cladding Equipment is designed for demanding laser cladding applications on shaft-type or irregular workpieces weighing up to 10 tons and measuring up to 20 meters in length. It supports laser power from 3 kW to 30 kW and is compatible with circular, square, and rectangular laser spots. The rectangular spot can reach a maximum width of 60 mm, enabling a single cladding layer thickness of over 7 mm without cracking.
The system features zoomable laser optics and is available in open-frame or fully enclosed configurations for efficient loading and unloading. It can also be integrated with machine tools, robotic arms, and positioners to meet different production requirements.
An intelligent control system is included, with optional functions such as CCD molten pool monitoring, closed-loop temperature control, adaptive height following, laser oscillation, online preheating, and cold/hot wire feeding. These flexible configurations make the system ideal for high-end industrial laser cladding and surface enhancement applications.

This system is designed for demanding internal bore laser cladding applications where wear resistance, corrosion protection, dimensional restoration, or extended service life is required. It is particularly suitable for large, long, or heavy components that are difficult to process using conventional surface treatment methods.
Typical applications include the inner surface cladding of hydraulic cylinders, large pipes and tubes, valve bodies, pump components, bearing housings, sleeves, rollers, and other deep-bore or cylindrical parts. Depending on the working environment, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, or high-performance alloy coatings can be deposited onto the internal surface to restore damaged components or enhance the performance of new parts.
With flexible laser power, spot configurations, and automated process control, the equipment is well suited for inner diameter laser cladding in oil & gas, mining, power generation, marine engineering, metallurgy, hydraulic machinery, and heavy equipment manufacturing. It provides an efficient solution for both component repair and high-value surface enhancement, especially for large-scale industrial parts where conventional ID cladding processes are difficult to implement.
