
This robotic laser cladding system for large shaft repair is designed for shaft-type and irregular workpieces weighing up to 10 tons and measuring up to 20 meters in length. It supports a laser power range of 3kW–30kW and is compatible with circular, square, and rectangular laser spots. The rectangular spot can achieve a maximum width of 60mm, enabling a single cladding layer thickness of over 7mm without cracking.
As advanced external surface laser cladding equipment for large industrial components, the system features zoomable laser optics, open-frame or fully enclosed designs for fast loading and unloading, and optional integration with machine tools, robotic arms, and positioners. It is equipped with an intelligent control system and supports optional CCD molten pool monitoring, closed-loop temperature control, adaptive height following, oscillation, online preheating, and cold/hot wire feeding modules, making it ideal for high-quality external surface cladding, repair, and remanufacturing of large industrial components.
