Copper-Based Alloy Powder (Aluminum Bronze & Tin Bronze)

Copper-Based Alloy Powder (Aluminum Bronze & Tin Bronze)

Copper-Based Alloy Powder is specially developed for laser cladding, Laser Metal Deposition (LMD), and Directed Energy Deposition

(DED) applications. The product range includes aluminum bronze, tin bronze, and customized mixed copper alloys to meet different

wear and repair requirements. Our copper alloy powders provide excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and stable cladding

performance. Aluminum bronze offers high hardness and outstanding corrosion protection, while tin bronze features excellent self-

lubricating and anti-friction properties. Customized alloy formulations are also available for specific application needs. With optimized

particle morphology and flowability, the powders produce dense, low-porosity coatings with strong metallurgical bonding. They support

multi-layer, crack-free laser cladding, delivering reliable performance and extended service life for industrial components.
