Nickel-Based Alloy Powder is specially developed for laser cladding, Laser Metal Deposition (LMD), and Directed Energy Deposition
(DED) applications. Designed for steel substrates, it provides excellent corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and crack resistance for
demanding industrial environments. Our product range includes acid-resistant low-carbon nickel alloys for corrosive conditions and
tungsten-reinforced nickel alloys for enhanced wear resistance. Custom alloy formulations are also available to meet specific application
requirements. Manufactured with gas-atomized spherical particles, the powder offers excellent flowability, stable deposition, and strong
metallurgical bonding. It produces dense, low-porosity, crack-resistant coatings, helping extend component service life while reducing
maintenance costs. It is an ideal solution for component repair, surface enhancement, and industrial wear protection.
