We possess complete intelligent process monitoring and control capabilities. Optional configurations include: CCD molten pool online monitoring, closed-loop molten pool temperature control, adaptive height following system, oscillation system, online preheating system, and wire feeding modules (cold wire / hot wire). Among these, the adaptive height following system can detect surface undulations of the workpiece in real time and dynamically adjust the defocus distance, ensuring that the spot remains at the optimal position throughout a maximum travel of 20m or during processing of irregular workpieces, thereby achieving highly consistent cladding layer quality.
In terms of mechanical structure, we offer both open-frame and fully enclosed designs, supporting fast workpiece loading and unloading, and enabling integration with auxiliary motion components such as machine tools, robotic arms, and positioners. Thanks to our modular design capability, we can combine different configurations on demand — reducing the initial investment threshold for customers while reserving ample space for future production line upgrades.
