We possess strong process development capabilities and have accumulated extensive engineering experience through long-term applications. Based on our independently designed large-format rectangular spot optics (maximum width of 60mm for cladding applications), we have developed a highly efficient cladding process that achieves a single-layer thickness of over 7mm without cracking, as validated through process verification.
Compared to conventional multi-track overlapping processes using circular or small-size rectangular spots, our single-layer thick cladding technology significantly reduces the number of overlapping passes and layers. This effectively avoids issues such as interlayer porosity, oxide inclusions, and thermal stress accumulation that often lead to cracks. In a single pass, it delivers a metallurgically bonded, dense, and defect-free cladding layer.
This technology is particularly well-suited for surface strengthening and remanufacturing of heavy-duty, high-impact components such as mining machinery, oil drilling equipment, large hydraulic props, and rolling mills. It delivers a several-fold increase in processing efficiency while ensuring superior metallurgical quality.
